At The Fabric Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textile purchase. If your fabric or decor items are not a perfect fit, you may return unused and uncut items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll or fold the fabric to prevent creasing and place it in its original packaging along with the printed RMA form.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned materials to ensure they are uncut and in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
